Roles and Responsibilities
Handling online queries from suppliers for business deals Approaching with the local suppliers in Japan for new tie-ups for the service apartments, through online research and cold calling Taking care of all corporate guests travelling to Japan Likewise, corporate guests travelling to India from Japan, they need to be taken care Play a role of mediator between the Supplier and the Guests Client Relations handling for both Corporate & Leisure Maintain good networking and strong professional relations with Suppliers for ongoing business Responsible to strictly adhere with the TAT Target based profile Need to close deals with at least 10 Suppliers in a month As per process, its a target based sales profile Full time job of 8.5 hrs. shift. Shift: 24*7 Regular reporting of work daily/weekly/monthly Direct reporting to HOD Quarterly incentives which is linked with performance for confirmed employees
Desired Candidate Profile
Thorough professional with a positive outlook 3-4 years of experience of working in Japanese language; preferably from Travel background plus the Candidate must have stayed/ worked in Japan for at least 2-3 years Minimum Graduate (any field) Professional Certifications in Japanese language Strong Communication Skills in Japanese (both written and verbal) People handling skills Process Orientation Team player Flexible for 24*7 shift Immediate Joining- 15 days notice period
