Job Description
- Good understanding of business processes and needs
- Acquire good BU domain knowledge and facilitate the growth of domain knowledge throughout the technical teams.
- Demonstrates ability to successfully lead and direct the work of others through project leadership or other forms of leadership (non-project related; may mentor direct, sharing best practices and monitor the work of team members
- Provides solutions or alternatives to avoid potential problems
- Good communication skills, ability to persuade and clearly identify audiences. Utilizes good judgment when and how to communicate.
- Understands and adheres to development methodology, standards and Principles. Identifies potential process improvements.
- Performs Impact analysis - ensures system changes meet business requirements
