Assistant Manager - IT ( S/W Development) @ Pci Pest Control

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and maintaining Python Django Projects

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery that meets the agreed requirements and timelines

• Prior experience as a technical lead or team manager

• Coordinate the production and deployment activities

• Perform root cause analysis and apply permanent fix 

• Support and resolve incidents within the defined SLA

• Mentor team members and provide necessary technical support

• Ensure all incidents are managed end-to-end

• Setup coding standards and ensure strict adherence

• Support the preparation of KPIs to report on software development performance

• Manage communications with stakeholders

• Track system usage and make recommendations for improvement

EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Should be graduate or postgraduate in Computer science or IT 

• More than 5 years of hands on experience in developing and building scalable web applications

• At least 3 years of team management experience

• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

• SDLC, Scrum, Agile

• Python with Django

• My SQL,MS-SQL

• Knowledge of JIRA software would be an added advantage

• Understanding of Manual and Automation testing using Python with Selenium would be an added advantage
