Company Details:
Company was established in July 1982 to acquire an identity as a drinking water as
well as domestic sewage connoisseur of Central India. As of today Company has implemented more
than 120 Water Treatment and more than 20 Sewage Treatment plants that are treating about 2000
million liters of water per day all over the country and cleaning about 200 million liters of sewage per
day.
- Opening Details:
Currently we are looking for an experienced "Business Head". To ensure the efficiency of business
operations and to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the
company's vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to
drive sustainable development and long-term success.
GENDER: Male
Salary: 50 Lac to 60 Lac PA , plus perks, plus incentive sharing from profit of the company
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 20+ years
Experience in: Water treatment / Waste water treatment, construction Management
Additional Experience: Operations of complete company or at least a division of a company
management 360 degree experience, of managing various function. Basically he is an owner of the unit and responsible for company profile and loss and making balance sheet every year and report to MD .
Education: Basic should be - Chemical/Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Business Head or relevant role with in depth experience of running a EPC COMPANY
construction company is MUST .
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Thorough understanding of process and strategy development for water utility company
Responsibilities:
Having a good experience of developing and running a company independently and taking 360
degree requirement of the company from BD, EXECUTION, CASH FLOW, ACCOUNTING,
COMPLIANCES, BANKING, AND GETTING AUDIT OF THE COMPANY BALANCE SHEET.
Play a critical role in developing and securing the business while ensuring profitable growth
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
Maintain effective relationships with partners, suppliers, vendors for long term association and
business growth
Maintain refined interaction and network with municipal and government bodies
Assist the commercial team in negotiations and contract management
Developing of yearly plan, strategy for business and devising plan of action for achievement of
the same consistently by optimal utilization of resources.
Strategic planning & promotional activity through organizing trade shows &
seminars, participating in exhibitions and putting the specialized promotional strategies in the
field from time to time to increase the brand image of the company.
Handling companys dealers network & big customers by the way of meeting the top
management of the company and converting them as a business partners.
Effectively planning, coordinating & Executing the work with the all department like of
Production, Quality control & assurance, Purchase for timely and quality services to meet the corporate objective.
Reviewing operational MIS.
Assess overall company performance against objectives.
Ensuring technical support to all the divisions.
Providing necessary leadership, motivation and direction to the team.
Analyzing techno-economic feasibility of various operation decisions.
Liaison with internal teams to ensure 100% compliant and quality project delivery.
Note: Candidates from water background and experience in managing large-sized projects and tenders will be preferred.
