Interacts with customers and individuals within and outside the outlet including, but not limited to current and potential clients, company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community. Coordinates functions and activities with corporate staff, as appropriate. Develops and implements strategic plans, marketing plans, budget and training to ensure optimum customer satisfaction, sales potential and profitability on an on-going basis. Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service and amenities, within corporate standards. Manages the functions of all personnel through direct and indirect supervision of Supervisors. Monitors the present and future trends, practices and systems in the industry, determines and ensures execution of competitive programs. Participates actively in selling the organization through involvement with all potential markets. Conducts inspections and ensures physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of preventive maintenance programs and judicious planning and management.
