1. Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer
inquiries
2. Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
3. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding sales to customer service
problems.
4. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
5. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
6. Following up complicated customer calls where required.
7. Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
8. Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills written and verbal for the English language and only
verbal for the Hindi language
2. Good computer skills.
3. Should be willing to work in rotating shifts and week off with six days of working a week.
4. Ability to work with others in a close manner.
5. Prior experience in the health insurance industry would be preferred.
