Job Description

Dear Candidate,
We're Hiring for Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Retention and Management of Existing set of Accounts/Customers.
  • Develops a sales plan both strategic and tactical plan on how to cross sell in existing set of customers in consultation with his manager.
  • Identify opportunities, propose solutions to Existing Customers in consultations with the technical / operational teams
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate Existing Customers for entire service portfolio of organization.
  • Build relationship with 'C' level / decision-makers at Clients site and potential Existing customers.
  • Preparing the sales pitch based on the pain points of Existing Customer and our value proposition by working with solutions engineering, technical and domain experts.
  • Liaison with Marketing, Technical and Delivery Teams and other teams within organization.
  • Support bid management teams working in creating & responding to RFP, RFI, and Proposals.
  • Has to focus and plan on completion and achievement of targets from the existing set of Accounts /Customers.
  • Build business relationships through networking, cold calling ( if required ) and leads generation program.
  • Contributing to developing and improving sales process. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Skills Required: 
  • Adequate knowledge of Managed Hosted Services, Network Security, Cloud Services, Data Center and Remote IT Infrastructure Management and related terms and technologies.
  • Create business opportunities from Existing Customers in all domains of Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom and IT, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Science and brick & mortar sectors.
  • Profiles having sales experience in IT industry at any given point in their career will be preferred.
  • Must be in a frontline sales position in the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with the software services or IT markets and trends
  • Understanding of commercials and contracts
  • Understanding of the entire region/zone, Market Assessment, opportunity size, client s organization, technologies, products, and domain.
  • Acquire abilities to understand our service offerings in various verticals and generate leads in Existing Customers and build the sales pipeline in those Customers.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Should be able to Cross sell all the service Portfolio of Organisation in the existing set of given Customers.
  • Be able to handle FAQ's on our business
