HIRING FOR TECHNICAL/ CUSTOMER SERVICE (VOICE PROCESS)
Work from home
Eligibility Criteria:
Good Communication Skills required
Education qualification: Any graduate fresher and Under graduate with Excellent Communication skills required.
Experience HSC + 6 months experience, Graduate Fresher
Should be a Tech Savvy
Should be flexible to work with 5.30pm To 10.30am shift Any 9 hrs
Should have a good trouble shooting Knowledge.
Salary 14k to 16K
Job Description -Technical Support:/ Customer Service
Providing Customer Service and Troubleshooting of laptops.
Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, configuration, customization.
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.

Candidates should have Broadband connection and Windows 10 system

Note: Any candidate applying for this position would work from home during the Lockdown period but after the lockdown period need to be okay to resume work from office.
