POSITION The Manager Planning will serve as the focal person for all planning and assessment related work. He/She will be leading various planning and assessment related work and ensure quality standards set by the organisation. Reporting: She/he shall report to the chief executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead all planning projects in coordination with various verticals of organisation.
Carry out research using design, quantitative and qualitative analysis, creation of research based
evidence to impact practice within organizational domain areas of work.

Finding new opportunities in the planning field and develop and submit proposals for the same
Day to day liaison with clients/donors of the planning projects

Candidate must have A Master s degree in planning related fields Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in planning and assessments for disaster
management issues Conversant with software like GIS, Autocad, Google sketchup. MS
Office/Word/Powerpoint and XLS. A strong ability to synthesise complex information and pull together varied strands Good understanding of latest planning tools which can be used in various activities Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to coordinate inputs and activities across diverse teams spread across locations,
and to coordinate with other teams and liaise with external stakeholders including media, governments, communities and donors
