Job Description
- Maintain optimum inventory of required raw materials for lamination with coordination with concerned stores/ purchase colleagues
- Coordinate with plain board production in charges for raw board inventory
- Look after the resin preparation and dilution activities
- Run the Lamination efficiently ensuring 100% quality
- Look after the operation of reactors duly ensuring necessary safety parameters
- Production Planning in coordination with commercial team against sales orders
- Ensure proper stacking of finished goods as per SOPs
- Ensure no process losses and rejections by deploying effective error proofing methods
- Ensure required level of inventory of finished stocks
- Participate in preparation of annual budgets
- Ensure safe work practices and good housekeeping
- Participate in product costing activities and suggest cost effective solutions
- Manage Teams efficiently including their Training & Development
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely preventative maintenance checks and no/minimal breakdowns of the plant & machinery.

Required Candidate profile
- 8-12 years in hot and cold cycle lamination
- BSc / Chemical back ground
- Strong command on Resin preparation and dilution.
- Handling of reactors and steam boilers.
- Basic knowledge on computer system for generating day, monthly and yearly reports
