Front Office Coordinator @ Lorem Figulas

Managing office coordination work with intelligent and efficient actions.
Attending phone calls and replying with clarity in smooth manner.
Email Support to clients and various office departments / Coordinating with internal team for support and approval.
Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, Purchase orders, commercials, negotiating terms with the clients.
Writing up accurate & grammatically correct sales correspondence.
Responding to sales queries via phone, e- mail & in writing / Follow- up for outstanding Payments.

Knowledge of advance excel is a must
Skills
Should be a female Graduate with experience in front Office coordination.
Excellent Communication skills (Both Written and Verbal).
Knowledge of Excel.
Should be responsible for Back Office, HR and other Administration & Coordination work in the Office.
Good Computer & Communication skills / should have played a customer interactive role in past and good MS office Skil
Emails & Follow Up coordination and knowledge of excel is a must.
