Job Description

Job Duties:
Create a Web application front end as per design prototypes and information architecture
Design and build UIs on any server platform
Create conceptual diagrams, visual mock-ups, and manage detailed user interface specifications
Follow established coding standards and procedures individually and in teams
Ensure design consistency with clients development standards and guidelines
Coordinate with the UX team to meet web accessibility standards at the code level
Conduct usability testing to resolve interface problems
Follow best practices and standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
Collect feedback from UX Developers and technical staff on Website development needs
Required Skills/Experience
High Expertise in HTML5 / XHTML & CSS 3
Experience in working in Less or Sass style sheets
A thorough understanding of the web standards
Familiar with design best practice for layouts, typography and usability
Experience in modern web techniques and responsive design
Good attention to detail
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
W3C Certification will be preferred
Preferred Skills/Experience
Basic knowledge of JavaScript
Aware of the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.
