The major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position are as follows Overall management of production and maintenance activities Routine production planning and execution of periodical , preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery such as Boilers , Pellet Press , Hammer Mill , Bucket elevators , Softener plant etc Ensuring Process Controls as per required specification and to maintain all process Quality . Lead and train the technical staff and operators Monitoring the spare parts inventory Preparation of reports and Maintenance of records Submit innovative ideas to the top management for the continuous growth of the organization Plan and manage safety and hygiene in factory premises Desired Candidate Profile The incumbent must have the following knowledge , skills and abilities

Production Manager will report to the General Manager , plans , coordinates , and direct various activities within production to achieve the set targets, Quality Control, Management of subordinates , ensuring a healthy and safe working environment , maintaining and monitoring daily and weekly production records and preparing monthly performance reports are also under the scope of this position.
