  • Bring out the best of branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Direct all operational aspects including Training, Human Resources, Administration, Sales and all Operational Activities.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing on end to end activities for the assigned Project
  • Share knowledge with other branches and Headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
  • Provide Operational Support and Guidance to Staff.
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
  • Plan, implement the Sales activities to achieve business target
  • Manage the Sales activity of all NAVIS Chennai branch as per business
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect.
  • Interact and visit customer as per the plan to get the
  • Involving in training the team/ team member as per the company
  • Responsible to fix appointment with prospective clients for meeting and presentations.Identification of right point of contact in the prospective leadsResearching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital.
  • Maintaining database of prospective client information.
  • Quotation generation, PO follow ups, Invoice follow ups and payment follow ups from the clients.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and
  • Timely reporting to Head office and to the concerned reporting manager on the requirement.
  • Explore new business opportunities and implement discussing with the ManagerUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and supportIdentifying, qualifying, and securing new & existing business
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow
  • Understanding the market requirement time to time and upgrading the knowledge.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature and providing management with feedback
  • Conducting market survey and releasing the data to management periodically.
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports regarding the progress in business development.Helping digital Marketing & IT team to prepare marketing materials, Presentations, website content
  • Should be able to work as individual contributor or lead the team whenever required
  • Involve in Brand development.
