Job Description
We are looking for Quality In-charge to Perform supplier evaluation, audit, rating and follow up in closure of improvement points in Manufacturing Company

Designation: Quality In-charge/ Quality Manager
Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 + Other Facilities (Per month)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct Pre-manufacturing meetings ( kick off meeting ) at supplier works / site.
- Guide supplier staff on FLS standards, manufacturing practices, safety practices, etc.,
- Review supplier welding procedures and qualify welders
- Perform inspection of equipment at suppliers as per standards in different stages of manufacturing.
- Support and resolve quality issues encountered during manufacturing at supplier works.
- Interact within team plan for inspection / organizing inspection using TPI
- Co ordinate inspection with customers.
- Review and approve supplier quality documents.
- Interact with stake holders on site quality issues.
- Site visits in resolving issues.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- BE/ Btech Mechanical
- Min. 10 yrs Experience in Fabrication Items Inspection
- Sound knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Command over manufacturing and inspection methods of fabricated, Forged and cast parts
- Knowledge about cement / Mineral equipment like kiln, mills, gear & pinion, stacker / reclaimer will be added advantage.
- NDT certified level II in ASNT ( MT,PT,UT and RT ) or international certification would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of standards and codes ( ISO/EN/IS)
- Knowledge about ISO 9000 procedures
