Senior Officer - Hyderabad / Secunderabad @ Sanofi India Ltd

Job Description

• Prepare and ensure shift schedule and production schedule for the area.
• Ensure compliance to all approved procedure, documents and GMP activities.
• Ensure appropriately trained personnel are appointed for the media & buffer preparations and build team.
• Lead media/buffer team to ensure adherence to manufacturing schedule as per annual plan. Supervising and performing all the assigned production activities in conformation to Lot record, protocols and recording the details in record sheets and log books.
• Ensure Supervise and Preparation of Media and buffer solutions are available in respective section to support manufacturing adherence to no down time.
• Supervise CIP, ESIP and FSIP of process vessel/equipment.
• Preparation and review (BMR, SOPs, RSTs, Protocols and Reports).
• Ensure Media/Buffer area is complaint with respect to area cleaning, pressure differentials, temperature and humidity and EMP in shifts. Key user of SAP and Material management for suite-E.
• Ensure documents complies during financial audit respect to suite-E. Coordination with Technical services personnel to ensure production schedule is in place with no down time.
• Any abnormalities/ deviation observed should be recorded and informed to production in charge to avoid any quality issues in the product Support for investigation in deviation and documentation in change controls and CAPA.
• Supporting IO users in creation and modification of materials in material master and recipes for industrial and MTECH processes

Experience: Minimum of 06 years and Max. preferably 10 years

Qualification: Masters Degree (M. Sc.)
