Job Description
We are looking for a sales executive / business developer who can take the charge of growth of offline sales of the products through distributors, retailers & doctors.
Required Candidate profile
Accountability / Key Responsibilities - Specific focus on growth of sales of the products through doctors / distributors / retailers
- Meeting and handling of doctors / distributors / retailers in order to generate sales, achieve targets in Delhi NCR region, payment collections, etc.
- Building Strategy to find new markets, new sales channels for the business and strategic alliances
- Participate in branding and promotional activities for generating leads
- Proactively analyze competitors & their products
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
- Provide clients with information about new or improved products in order to improve sales in the region
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the availability of products across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Co-ordination with internal team (Products, Customer Care, Accounts etc.) for sales co- ordination, stock, distribution, costing, payment collections, etc.
- Preparing daily call / meeting / sales / work / product feedback / reports & report to the management
- Reporting to the director of the company on a daily basis

- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Should be a good communicator who enjoys interacting with the people
- Should have pleasing personality
- Should have worked on MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Emails, etc.
