JOB TITLE: Manager

REPORTING TO: Honorary Secretary / President
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with association staff, office bearers and Broker community to achieve objectives.
- Lead, motivate, counsel and provide direction to associates.
- Promote interactions among insurance members.
- Coordination with office bearers for monthly calls and quarterly board meetings.
- Timely circulation of Minutes capturing key highlights and action points of the board meeting/calls.
- Monitoring the recording, tracking and progress of all related initiatives and activities.
- Assist the office bearers in promoting and protecting the interests of the broker community.
- Keeping the insurance community appropriately informed on the progress of all activities.
- Planning and conceptualizing Annual summits, conferences and other relevant events in coordination with office bearers.
- Liaise with Board members, legal advisors and consultants to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and industry requirements and codes.

Required Candidate profile
Experience of 8-15 year in the area of General Management operations, Public policy advocacy, Overall office management and members services role.
Education - Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
