Key Result Areas:

- Over 9+ years of solid experience in Backup storage solutions architecture design, installation, configuration and administration in mission critical production environments in at large IT organizations.

- Having 9 + years of core experience in CommVault Backup technologies design, implementation and administration and Management, with excellent knowledge in CommVault, Networker and EMC Avamar backup technologies. - Solid knowledge of system backup procedures

 - Implemented and managed backup environments with EMC Avamar / NetWorker / CommVault / Veeam.

 - Worked in a backup environment where more than 1500 clients, 100 media servers and average daily data backup size is more than 1 PB.

 - Installation, Implementing, Configuring and Administration of Commvault Version 14.0 ).

 - Commvault and Network upgradation.

- Configuring & Managing Commvault Media Agents. Re - naming the media agent as per the requirements.

 - Troubleshooting and system related log analysis from OS, Software (Backup) and Hardware perspective.

- Networker installation, configuration, maintenance and disaster recovery working on Data Domains / DDBoost including configuration, maintenance, performance tuning and replication. working with NetBackup using SAN media servers and Shared Storage Option (SSO).

 - Implemented NetBackup for VMWARE in the environment. Vcenter used for mapping the ESX and backup proxy server (virtual machine) being used for performing backups.

- Installation (Auto Deployment) & configuring of different types of agents like, File System, SQL and Oracle.

 - Configuring & scheduling backups and Creating Backup Policies as per requirement.

 - Configuring & Managing Auxiliary copy backups from Magnetic Libraries to Tape.

 - Installation and configuration of backup software for iDataAgent, SQL and Oracle agents, scheduling the clients for backups.

 - Preparing Daily, Monthly backup reports and providing the enhanced reports to the customer as requested.

 - Experienced in Configuring the Different types of Storage policy creation as per Customer Requirement.

- Experienced of Media agent installation and configuring the Replica Disk Libraries.

- Index cache configuration for the media agents (network share or Local drive) - Troubleshooting all client server and backup related issues.

 - Addition of Media Server, Partitioning of tape libraries for master/media servers setting up of SAN.

Essential:

Certified backup administrator - Commvault and networker Backup software: CommVault 9.0/10.0/11.0, TDP SQL, , Net Backup, EMC Avamar. VM Platforms: VMware vSphere Infrastructure 6.0/5.0 (ESX server & Virtual Center), VMware vCenter Converter Operating systems: Windows Server 2016/12R2, Linux (RHEL5 &6), ESXi 6.0 Hardware: , LTO Libraries, EMC Data Domain DD6300

Preferred:

Certified backup administrator - Commvault and networker
