JOB Location : Delhi / Jaipur / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Bhubneshwar / Guwahati / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Job Description:

Plan and implement an effective training curriculum

Oversee and direct virtual events, workshops, individual training sessions

Schedule and implement appropriate training sessions

Collaborate with management to identify company training needs

Prepare dashboards and maintain training records

Conduct Induction for new hires

Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training

Regular audits and feedback for continuous improvement

Conduct Quality Sessions and refresher training sessions

Can work in diversified and dynamic business set up

Required Candidate profile

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business, HR, finance or related field

Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in training and auditing profile

Extensive knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques

Excellent time management and organizational skills
