1. Approaching corporate and training institutes for training batches. This may involve cold calling to find business opportunities.
2. Regular follow up with interested parties and coordinate for batches.
3. Visiting clients site for Training Courses
4. Sending Quotations as per the need of clients
5. Follow up for payments
6. Preparing Direct Training batches in their geography
7. Preparing monthly Training Calander
8. Looking for potential local trainers and their approval in their geography
9. Development and approaching clients for new training schemes
10. Responsible for handover of exam papers to trainer in secured manner
11. Venue Check and course monitoring on 5th day of training.
12. Venue Management
13. Quarterly web-check of delegate certificate and fraudulent activities like mis-use of Company name by any organization, which is not the part of company
14. Need to inform all tutors to courier exam sheets themselves to Company HQ and will not handover to MSBs.
15. Logistics Management of trainer
16. Coordination with Trainers and Interested Parties Before/After and During the Training.
17. Ensure dispatch of certificates & ensure on-time delivery
18. Updating of Query List
Knowledge of Business Management System in General
Knowledge of ISO standards
Knowledge of Training/Certification body processes (as per ISO 17021-1)
Knowledge of Client Business processes / obtaining through internet
Need to inform immediately if any malpractice found during the training by trainer or delegate
