Job Description:-

Role - Customer Support Representative/Technical Support Representative (Voice & Chat Process).

1)Interacting with Clients/Customers-Via Calls/Emails/Chat.
2)Understanding the queries/Resolving the queries.

Eligibility:-
1)Freshers and experienced both can apply.
2)10+2/Graduates in any discipline/PG Freshers can also apply. (Diploma Holders are also eligible, but they should be a 10+2 plus Diploma)
3)Candidates should have good communication skills in English.
4)Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24/7 environment.
5)Training Period-30 to 40 days.
6)Job Location - Mohali.
