Job Description

1) Knowledge of Commissioning & functionality of Passive infrastructure equipment's like DG set, PIU panel, Transformer, SMPS, Air Conditioner, and Battery bank.
2) Knowledge of Electrical wiring requirements at site and their labeling/ color coding AC & DC Power Distribution in site & power capacities of DG set, battery bank and SMPS based on their models.
3) Site wise Technical Documentation & Reconciliation Work.
4) Good command on MIS.
5) Having project OR O&M experience of Electrical work.
6) At least Min 3-5 year exp in Telecom.
7) Vendor development
8) Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and direct varied programs and tasks involved within the operations and maintenance functions.
9) Ability to obtain and apply knowledge of competitive business practices in daily work activities and decision making.
10) Excellent troubleshooting skills.
11) Ability to anticipate and accept changes in the organization and adapt to meet new requirements.
12) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
13) Ability to demonstrate advanced computer knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and various other programs.
14) Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
15) Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
16) Ability to lead, coach, and guide employees and understand the importance of positive employee relations.
