Job Description
- Interacting with team leads to identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions & requirements.
- Posting job openings in the company website, Job Boards, professional networks and social media platforms
- Source and deliver passive candidates across multiple product lines quickly.
- Evaluate profiles of potential candidates, ensuring that they meet strict hiring requirements
- Scheduling and conducting interviews (Phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews)
- Tracking & Managing candidates & hiring process. Ensuring that the interviews & shortlisting processes are running efficiently & smoothly
- To be the point of contact for all candidate inquiries on background verification, onboarding, offer letters, etc.
- Forecast and plan the hiring requirements for each quarter
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
- Social media experience - active on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Social communication skills including the ability to have professional text conversations.
- Great interpersonal and written communication skills
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
- Positive personality and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of numerous interview techniques and evaluation methods
- High attention to detail and experience of writing for a variety of audiences
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
