Experience in selling Infrastructure solutions, server storage, Networking Solutions, Security solutions, System integration solutions, Mobility Solutions, Cloud Computing Solutions.
Ability to handle Transactions with CTOs/CIOs etc.
Proven competencies in handling large customers and closing Large deals.
Direct sales and Key account Management experience is a must.
Strong communication skills (both written &verbal), relationship & selling skills.
Market Exposure: Exposure to Local Market is Mandatory
Required Candidate profile:-
Building relationship with the members in his own team.
Should be process oriented and working on enhancing the existing processes.
High Energy + Patience is required.
Coaching team members for better performance.
He should be more of a 'WE' person rather than 'I' .
Coordinating with OEM, Distributors, PM etc. to tailor made solutions for customers.
Should have led a team of 4 - 10 Sales peoples before
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
Ability to effectively work both at the strategic level (developing business strategy and marketing plans) as well as at the tactical level (developing specific customers and closing key deals)
High degree of initiative and energy to achieve company goals of meeting or exceeding sales target
Effective communication skills both verbal written.
Ability to work well in multifunctional team environment
