Job Description

As a Select Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing the post-sales experience of Premium Members of Shaadi Select. Responsibilities

Managing Post-Sales experience & Service Quality of Premium Members.
Understanding member requirements, developing their profile, & searching accordingly for suitable matches.
Jointly prospecting & short-listing matches for the member.
Representing the member & connecting with desirable prospects.
Facilitating meetings with consented & relevant matches for the member.
Involves counseling the member & ensuring timely achievement of all milestones in the Partner Search Process.
Responsible for renewing existing memberships.
Generate Success Stories of Select customers.

Requirements

Very strong verbal communication skills.
Clear diction and clarity in speech.
Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.
Effective objection handling.
Prior experience in Customer service or Customer Facing job will be an added advantage.
Language required - Punjabi,Bengali & English
