We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager North- Surgical / OTC Business / Hospital Product.
Candidate should have ate last 08 to 15 years Business Experience with FMCG / Surgical /OTC/Rehabilation Experience.
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities-
Need candidates who has handled OTC/surgical product/Rehabilitation.
Based In Chandigarh
Covering Area: Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir,
- Responsible for managing sales in assigned territory through channel management.
- Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support.
- Defines and directs the sales strategy for the region. Oversees the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy. Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, stakeholders, and customers, internal or external to the sales organization.
- Direct and coordinate company sales function.
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Stockiest management & Infrastructure development
- Business planning and developing new markets
- Leads representation in regional events to support business development as required.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Manage sales forecasts and strive to overachieve
- Business planning and developing new markets
- Identifying trends in the industry and implementing new processes
- Oversees all marketing and activities for the region.
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
Track and report all sales activities
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
