Quality Analyst - Closing Disclosure (CD) @ Visionet Systems

Key Attributes of the Incumbent:

• Process expertise in US Closing Disclosure process.
• Ability to build Closing Disclosures, Closing Statements and/or HUD-1 Settlement Statements.
• Prepares the initial CD (clock starting) once the file has been approved, locked and lock expiration covers estimated closing date, has a satisfactory appraisal approved by underwriting, receives a mock CD or buyer and seller ALTA settlement statement and have all information on the closing agent and realtor in system.
• Responsible for all subsequent CD's prior to the file being assigned to a Closer/Funder.
• Responsible for all Post Consummation CD's, after the loan has funded.
• Prepares and tracks borrower's receipt of Closing Disclosure per TRID regulations.
• Analytical - Analyze problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions.
• Time Management - Should be able to meet the set timelines / deadlines
• MS Office proficiency: Should have basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PPT
• Should possesses effective communication skills (Oral & Written) in order to provide good analysis and review Standard Operating Procedures
• Candidate with Six Sigma Green Belt would be an added advantage
• Candidate with experience of implementing automation projects will be preferable

Eligibility Criteria:

•  At least 2-3 years of overall experience in US Mortgage processes.
