Job Title: Behavioral Trainer - L&D
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 6 plus years of similar expertise
Required Qualification: MBA (HR)/MHRM

Job Purpose:
Accountabilities:
Must be a trainer that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, commitment and integrity.
Instrumental in content development and delivery of the training programs.
Completion of all the planned training programs in the organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training need analysis and Identify the training needs of all the teams/functions in the organization.
Follow up with process owners to update the skill matrix of employees.
Partner with cross functional teams to facilitate adhoc need based trainings.
Support L&D in the preparation of annual training calendar.
Plan and Organize training programs inline to the training calendar.
Communication of the training program to the participants.
Mobilization of participants to the trainings.
Design the training course with necessary activities in creating a gamified learning experience to the participants
Develop the training modules and appropriate training materials/workbooks.
