1. Leading the marketing team by example, setting targets for them (including self imposed ones) and monitoring them.
2. Recruitment of marketing team, ensuring generation of leads for marketing team either by the team directly.
3. Identifying the products/insurance companies to be focused for marketing
4. Ensuring good profitability of the Division and planning growth both for the Business and employees
5. Planning and strategizing acquisition of corporate clients including innovative marketing efforts.
6. Providing suggestions/inputs for introduction of incentive and motivational schemes/performance appraisal system (to be done on PAN INDIA Basis)
7. Close Liaison with senior officials of preferred insurance companies and bargaining best terms (if there is no national level settlement)
8. Supervising servicing of clients on all fronts
9. Retention strategies for clients acquired.
