Job Description

Analysis of the historical operating and financial performance.
Critical analysis of the business plans in light of the past performance.
Determining the discount rates and the terminal growth rates.
Business valuations using DCF and market-multiples based approaches
Purchase price allocation and Impairment testing of goodwill and intangibles as per US GAAP/IFRS accounting standards
Value allocation and valuation of preferred equity using CVM, OPM & PWERM methodologies (under 409a or ASC 861)
Valuation of debt, options and warrants, using Black Scholes and other similar models
Financial due diligence and post-deal analysis.
Identification of the comparable companies and comparable transactions, determining appropriate multiples like EV / Revenue, EV / EBIDTA, EV / EBIT, PE etc.
Performing Valuations under the DCF, CCM, CTM, NAV methods.
Quality Assurance reviews for valuation assignments carried out by other team members.
