Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Assisting students in universities, colleges and high schools to help them prepare for, select and get into schools.
Highlighting the benefits of specific schools, programs courses in order to attract students and encourage diversity on campus.
Helping students to choose courses and extracurricular activities which will help them into their chosen colleges or careers after graduation.
Organizing recruiting events and representing schools at college fairs, high schools, and other promotional opportunities.
Conducting interviews, reviewing application materials and assisting in the admissions decision making process.
Arranging campus tours and conducting information sessions.
Getting the right candidates from the social media or the job portals or any professional websites.
Source Potential Candidates from Various Online Channels.
Taking Telephonic Round of Candidates and Solving Queries.
Provide Shortlists Of Qualified Candidates To Hiring Managers.
Meeting with higher authorities of the institutions for tie-ups for revenue model.
