Job Description

• Qualification -Preferably Graduate.
• Experience -2-3 yrs. of relevant work experience, Freshers also welcome.

Salary per month : - As per industry standard.
Gender : - Male.
Job Profile : - Direct Sales & Marketing - Primary Sales.
Industry type : Any Industry ( Preferably from Real Estate ).
Sales and Marketing background Must for experienced.

• Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects.
• Use leads generated by Telecalling for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc.).
• Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the developers for any clarification required for that.
• Be compliant with operations process.
• Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction.
