We are Hiring for Fresher Customer Care Executive.

Responsibilities:

Handling Customer Services related calls.
Resolving customer complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Inbound and outbound calls.
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Must be comfortable for Calling.
Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an advantage.
