Hiring Manager - Sales & Contracts for the leading building & architectural material company in Ahmedabad!!!
Precise Info:
- Job Title : Manager Sales & Contracts
- Job Type : Full Time
- Location :HO, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
- Reporting to : MD
Primary Responsibilities:
- To look after Contract & Sales.
- Meeting with Architect, Builders and Client.
- To generate the inquiry, meeting with clients, techno - commercial off submission, design part, Performa invoice preparation.
- Site visit & issue quotation if required by the client.
- Planning and arrange the installation of sample as conformed by client.
- Do the back office work to start likes issue PO, taking measurement, material calculation and planning to reach the material at site on time.
- Deals and co-ordinate with the contractors and their team for smooth and safe operation at site.
- Completely look after site management, operation management.
- Continuous follow ups with the clients for payment. Totally responsible for payment collection.
- Follow up with mfg. plants for material dispatch, delivery and transportation.
Qualifications & other Desired Criteria:
- Civil Engineer Degree - 3 years Minimum, Civil Engineer Diploma -5 years Minimum.
- Salary Bracket: Best in the industry.
- AutoCAD Preferred.
- Should be ready for outstation travelling.
- English language proficiency is must.
- Vehicle is must 2/4 wheeler.
