Job Description

SR. PURCHASE EXECUTIVE FOR FLUTECH INTERIORS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

OPEN POSITION - 1

PREFERABLY MALE

QUALIFICATION ANY GRADUATE

WORK EXPERIENCE - >1 year

1. Responsible for processing of bids

2. Ordering of materials/equipments

3. Follow up with the vendors on shipment and delivery

4. Maintain records and follow up on files of purchases and shipments

5. Maintain list of suppliers

6. Inspection of products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications

7. Maintain records on stock return and its value

8. Inventory inspection

9. Well versed in excel, word and mailing

10. Good typing skills

11. Should be willing to work extra hours as situation demands
