L3 Expert
Overall 4-15 years of Wireless experience in LTE and 5GNR
Must have: Atleast 4 years of experience in LTE or 5GNR L3 design, system engineering and development experience
Must Have: Working knowledge of measurements and various handovers, failure and roll back scenarios.
Must Have: Working knowledge on advanced features like SON. ANR, Load balancing, etc.
Must have: Excellent debugging capabilities on x86 and/or ARM platform.
Must Have: Good understanding in usage of DPDK and under fast path packet processing technologies.
Must Have: Working knowledge in two or more L3 layers RRC, PDCP, eGTPU, NRUP, X2AP, F1AP, etc.
Must have: Good understanding of usage of security algorithms.
Good understanding of SCTP, L2 protocols and OAM modules.
Has strong hands-on experience in C and or C++ programming language
Development and testing in Unix/Linux environment
Knowledge of development and debugging tools required gdb, Valgrind, etc.
Knowledge of multi-thread programming required.
Exposure to Agile methodologies in software development is a plus
Exposure to configuration management tools such as Git
