- Help end users to understand the CRM software for Sales, Service & POS module
- Resolving queries raised by the end users in both technical and functional areas
- Providing users with a go-to reference guide and encourage them to use it
- Providing comfort to users as they start the process of using the new application
- Ensuring users buy-into the system and understand the benefits it can deliver
- Providing regular hints and tips emails throughout the implementation
- Developing a learning strategy
- Ensuring all users are trained on how to get their job done in the Application
- Motivating the learners and help them see their progress
- Increasing User Adoption
- Conducting user experience testing to ensure that user experience meet the proposed needs
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills
- Male candidates are preferred
- Education: Any engineering degree(No standing arrears)
- Age: less than 22 years
- Willingness to work in customer facing environment
