Job Description Urgent Hiring for HR Executive Profile - HR Executive Salary - 2.50 LPA - 6 LPA Location - Sec- 25, Faridabad, Haryana Industry - Textiles / Garments / Accessories Qualification - MBA/ PGDM- HR Experience - 6 to 10 years Note - Only Male candidate can apply. Skills- PF, ESI, Factory Act, Training, Labour Laws, Safety Auditing, Audit Compliance Job Description- Person should have experience and knowledge of Social Compliance and Audit, Payroll, Time Office, Factory Act, ESI, PF, and other Labour laws, And also should have exp in handling House Keeping, Industrial Health and Safety of Workers, Training etc. 1- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing for hiring requirements. 2- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. 3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4- Administer compensation and benefit plans. 5- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives. 6- Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws.
