This is a direct-selling job family, where incumbents sell directly business to business or direct to customer. Responsible for selling company products, systems and services to customers. Maximize revenue by managing the relationship between the customer and the company in all sales-oriented activities.
2.Primary Responsibilities:
a) Promotes and sells assigned company products, services, and solutions. and achieves sales quota by building rapport with customers and selling to and supporting their needs. Identifies needs by phone and in person, performs demos during customer visits, and assists customers in understanding how our solutions can support their business goals.
b) Effectively uses inside sales resources, customer relationship management system, and collaborates with marketing, engineering and others to respond to proposals and bids, train customers or reps, execute field marketing and merchandising, secure orders, renew orders, cross-sell with other sales associates, or sell warranty or service programs.
c) Develops and maintains loyal customer relationships using appropriate organizational tools and processes.
d) Maintains timely and accurate records and produces reports and accurate forecasts to predict and track area activity.
e) Keeps customers apprised of new products and services.
f) Provides monthly sales production and larger order forecasts to assigned manager.
g) At highest levels of this position, assists Sales leadership in business development and named or strategic account management.
