Job Summary: Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the organization and overseeing the development of new products
Job Description:
Product Development and establishing the Quality Assurance System for all product categories.
Analysis of rework, rejection and to device corrective/preventive actions.
Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop new and/ or exciting product through required quality standards and competitor bench marking
Solving technical problems and improving the product's quality by Quality report analysis and recommend solutions & preventative measures
Analyzing quality of competitor products on a continuous basis and developing processes to improve quality of our products.
Driving research and development across all product categories. In collaboration with cross functional teams, research product ideas, determine feasibility, create prototypes.
Work on continuous improvement plan to eliminate any non-compliance through use of QC tools, adequate root cause analysis followed by Corrective & Preventive actions taken in timely and effective manner to ensure that non compliances do not occur.
