Job Description for Quality Analyst: -

• Fluent communication skill required
• 1-5 years experience in Quality in BPO Industry
• Have taken care of Sales Process
• Should know about KPIs and KRAs
• Must have the Knowledge about quality tools.
• Should be comfortable in PPT presentation
• Take care of Refresser Sessions, Quality Sessionas per process guidelines

Salary: 15 k-21 K

Shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Day Shift

Qualification : Atleast 12th Passed
