Hiring for Process Trainer

Location:- Delhi(Junior Trainer)

               Gurugram(Trainer)

Requirements:-

• Candidate with excellent communication skills & with banking and insurance background
• Must have handled sales process.
• Attend the TTT for any client requirements
• Take care of Quality Session, Process Training, Soft skill Training etc
• Interface with the customers as per the requirement
• Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls and E-mails, understanding needs, conducting refresher training in Hindi and English - as per requirement
• Participate in the calibration of Trainers
• Analyze and report findings for Process Training batches
• Meet the training requirements of the BU basis TNA
• Design & develop training processes (need identification to feedback and follow through) in consultation with the training teams
• Track and report improvements

Salary: Upto 2.5 LPA for Junior Trainer

           Upto 3.5 LPA for Trainer

Shift: Day shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Working Days: 6 Days a week
