Solve / Provide assistance to customers to their queries related to Plans, Packages, Network issues, RJIO App, Offers, etc. over Voice

Basic English (Should be able to understand &comprehend from English language) + Fluent Hindi + any 1 Regional Language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)

Basic Computer Knowledge, Internet navigation & High understanding of smartphones, and mobile apps
