Job Description
- Focus on continuously enhancing patients' experience through interaction & handle patient grievances.
- Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.
- Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.
- Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.
- Tie- Ups with the other hospitals and Govt. Agencies
- Must have knowledge in Inventory Management.

- Hard working and team worker.
- Good communication skills , Interpersonal Skills, Soft Spoken
- Willing to relocate.
