Responsibilities :

Development and implementation of various cross-product integrations utilizing Java, including on-premises and SaaS-enabled platforms.

ETL Development utilizing Pentaho to perform data aggregation, transformation and cleansing and integration with SaaS-enabled platform (Salesforce)

Support data pipelines and automate, control and monitor data movements and deploy appropriate control mechanisms for alerts, traceability, data validation, archival etc

Practice test-driven development in an Agile/Scrum environment

Production support experience on investigating errors/exceptions and resolving the errors at root level.

Work in a geo-distributed, multi-functional team comprising of Architect, Product Teams, Scrum Masters to achieve requisite functionality in an Agile methodology driven Project

Techno-functional knowledge of areas like Fusion Risk Management, Salesforce is very desirable.

Description:

Bachelor`s degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.

8+ years of experience in software development including Pentaho, Java, Oracle or MSSQL with Strong Problem-Solving Skills

Strong computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis

Understanding of data integration/processing technologies/frameworks such as Apache Kafka/Flink/Spark, SSIS will be added advantage

Require deep understanding of multi-threading and parallel data processing

Experience in Performance optimization

Experience leading design of complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

Proven skills to recognize and adopt best practices in software engineering architecture, design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.
