Senior Engineer - Proposal & Tendering @ Samsara Buildtech

Job Description

Independently Prepare Tender proposal & project cost estimates by carrying out quantity off-takes from drawings & prepare BOQ along with rate analysis & understanding of pre-qualification criteria. Set up baseline schedule & control procedures.

Required Candidate profile

Must be capable of vendor development & resource planning including Civil / MEP & HVAC items as per specs and contract requirement. Able to estimate / validate technical manpower required for project under bidding stage as per contract requirement.
