Job Description

Create 3D models and generate high quality and photo-realistic 3D visualization from

architectural plans in 3D Studio Max and Sketchup

Applying textures to the models and provide appropriate lighting techniques

Ability to produce complete images using Photoshop

Creating design templates, presentations

This description reflects the core activities of the role but is not intended to be all

inclusive.Other duties within the studio may be required in addition to changes in the

emphasis of duties as required from time to time.Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Interiors / Bachelors Degree in architecture from an accredited university

in Architecture

3+ years of Architecture/Interior for Corporate and Commercial projects

An understanding of interior design elements and its various detailing requirements

Possess excellent design skills and be able to work in a participatory method to serve

initiatives carried out in the studio

Work in a very collaborative manner with community partners

Ability to use some of the following: AutoCAD, 3D rendering softwares, Photoshop,

V-ray, V-ray, 3DS Max, Lighting effects, Lumion

Good communication and presentation skills to be able to engage with multiple

stakeholders

Ability to converse and read in English and Hindi

Lots of common sense and a deep desire to learn and grow

A proactive approach with a strong work ethic
