Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Angular Developer:
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Angular (v2+) (preferred)
- Proficiency with JavaScript, ES6, Typescript
- Experience in deploying the node app or any frontend app over any cloud platform with best practices
- Good knowledge of design and cross-browser issues
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Love for crafting beautiful, well-tested code
- Comfortable working across the stack including prototyping, development, testing, and deployment
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git
- Strong design sensibilities and obsessive attention to detail
- Has strong communication skills
- Proven ability to author clean, standards-compliant code
- Self-starter with a strong focus on immediate task completion and delivery
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fluid and fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an on-site / off-shore model
React Developer:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Having Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of Ecma Script
- Having Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
Nodejs Developer:
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript {{or CoffeeScript depending on your technology stack}}
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it {{such as Express, StrongLoop, etc depending on your technology stack}}
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages {{such as Jade, EJS, etc depending on your technology stack}}
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors {{such as Stylus, Less, etc depending on your technology stack}}
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance {{Depending on the specific project}}
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
