1. Arranging appointments with doctors and chemists, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.
2. Meet the number of Doctor and Chemist calls per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy.
3. Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.
4. Do chemist survey to ensure availability of products.
5. Regular follow up with doctors, Specialist and Hospital Doctors etc.
6. Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
7. Ensure proper distribution of samples and promotional scientific materials, Gifts to selected Doctors.
8. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with chemist and stockiest
9. Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
10. Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly tour program. This may involve working with your superiors and HO staff.
11. Regularly attending company meetings, product launch and briefings.
12. Ensure on time submission of DCR, expense statement etc. as per company policy.
13. Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockiest.
14. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
15. Developing strategies for increasing opportunities and have discussion with Medical Services to resolve Doctors queries.
16. Staying informed about new hospital, poly clinic or doctor in territory.
17. Should have the quality to coordinate with field force and get the company job done.
18. Should have team building quality
19. Should have ability to motivate team
20. Should have good relations with customers
21. Should have eligible to transfer at least 20 customers
22. Should have plan to make each H.Q. 5 Lacks HQ.
